Terms & Conditions:
Pine & Lily will not be liable relating to injuries or illness that may occur during bookings. I am voluntarily participating in this activity. I am participating in this activity entirely at my own risk. I understand that injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others' negligence. I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring a legal action against Picnic'nChill for personal injury or property damage. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs inquired as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.
Cancellation Policy/ Refunds:
I understand that there will be a 15% non-refundable service fee if I cancel for any reason and I understand that Pine & Lily is not responsible for refunding the full amount. We understand that life happens, please notify us 48 hours prior to your booking for a partial refund or a reschedule.
For example, if your booking is on Friday, January 22nd at 2:00 PM, please cancel before wednesday , January 20th @ 2:00 PM for a refund
No refunds will be allowed if you miss canceling or rescheduling 48 hours before your booking.
For online purchases I understand no refund will be given once order has been shipped.
Service Fee for Groups of 6+:
There will be a 16% service fee that will incur for any groups with 6 or more.
Rescheduling will be allowed for unpredictable weather conditions. if the forecast predicts bad weather conditions on the day of your event we will allow you to reschedule the picnic to any future available date within 3 months of your original booking.
We will wait until you arrive to your picnic, but this will cut into your own picnic time.
If any items are damaged or missing, you will be subject to pay for the cost of item plus any additional fees.
If you would like to add extra attendees to your picnic, please let us know ahead of time. We will charge for any extra person(s)
We are allowed to update pricing or make any changes on our website anytime. Pricing and packages are subject to change.
On the day of your picnic, we will send you a drop pin location to the contact number you have provided. If you do not have this function on your phone, please contact us.
